In the last 25 years, Hang has been in various leadership positions in real estate firms including Vingroup, one of the biggest local developer in Vietnam (Vincom Retails JSC & Vincom Office). Hang began her real estate career in Richard Ellis (former CBRE) and later took on the Managing Directorship at Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam.

Mr. Sam Crispin

Sam is Head of Sustainability and ESG at Savills Asia Pacific. In this blended role he covers both internal ESG reporting and external sustainability advisory services. His interest in sustainability dates from 1992.
He lived and worked in mainland China from 1994 to 2017. During his career he advised on city economic development and real estate projects in mainland China, many of these projects included sustainable development. They included many projects in Shanghai, including multiple projects in Pudong New Area, and covered healthcare, education, sports parks, sponge cities and adaptive reuse of historic buildings as well as office, retail, residential and industrial development.
Sam is a Chartered Surveyor and has a master’s degree in Corporate Environmental Governance from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese with Geography from The University of Leeds.

At her previous job, she consulted companies and individuals on philanthropy, CSR, and social impact engagement in Vietnam.
