As the Managing Director for CBRE Vietnam with total staff of over 1,000 professionals, Hang oversees all CBRE Vietnam business activities as a strategic advisor to investors, occupiers and developers across the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
 

In the last 25 years, Hang has been in various leadership positions in real estate firms including Vingroup, one of the biggest local developer in Vietnam (Vincom Retails JSC & Vincom Office). Hang began her real estate career in Richard Ellis (former CBRE) and later took on the Managing Directorship at Cushman & Wakefield  Vietnam.

Ms. Dao has been practicing law over 32 years in the US, Japan, and Vietnam. Since 1991, she has helped multinational companies set up in Vietnam as start-ups (such as HSBC, Cathay Pacific, etc.). She has acted for developers and the government of Vietnam on landmark projects including the first licensed BOT project in Vietnam. Ms. Dao was recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers Asia in Corporate/M&A (2008-2014), Banking & Finance (2008-2012), Projects & Energy (2010-2014), Leading Real Estate Lawyer by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2014), Leading Lawyer by IFLR1000 in Corporate/M&A (2015-2020), Banking & Finance (2015-2020).

Tan Boon Thor is General Manager of Commercial, cum Head of Design Management at Frasers Property Vietnam. With over 25 years’ experience in the real estate, Boon Thor oversees the commercial business in the country. He will develop and oversee all commercial strategies that deliver business efficiency for the partners of Batdongsan.com.vn. 

Bach Duong brings over two decades of solid experience in technology and operations across various countries such as Singapore, the United States, and India etc. Prior to joining Batdongsan.com.vn, he spent over 12 years at Google, where he served as Product Manager. In early 2021, he made the decision to return to Vietnam from the United States, driven by his passion to contribute to and support technology startups in the country.

Herbin heads up the Growth Equity Fund platform at Gaw Capital. He has over 8 years of cumulative startup and venture investment experience, having also been a two time startup founder himself. Some of the investment themes Herbin is interested in include smart buildings, built environment, smart mobility and other innovative technologies that can potentially seek to enable landlords or asset managers to improve their work processes.

Sam is Head of Sustainability and ESG at Savills Asia Pacific. In this blended role he covers both internal ESG reporting and external sustainability advisory services. His interest in sustainability dates from 1992.

He lived and worked in mainland China from 1994 to 2017. During his career he advised on city economic development and real estate projects in mainland China, many of these projects included sustainable development. They included many projects in Shanghai, including multiple projects in Pudong New Area, and covered healthcare, education, sports parks, sponge cities and adaptive reuse of historic buildings as well as office, retail, residential and industrial development.

Sam is a Chartered Surveyor and has a master’s degree in Corporate Environmental Governance from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese with Geography from The University of Leeds.

David Jackson has practiced Commercial Real Estate for almost 20 years and been operating in South East Asia since 2008. He is currently the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Avison Young Vietnam, managing  the operational aspects of the company along with setting the strategic vision and goals. He has a broad and  diverse level of expertise in managing business, capital markets, transactional management, and valuations  and advisory.

Alex has worked in Vietnam since 2011 having started his real estate career in the UK in 2003. Throughout this time Alex has worked across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry including sale & acquisition of investment and development opportunities and therefore has impeccable knowledge of property life-cycle from both landlord and occupier perspectives.
 

Prior to opening Knight Frank office in 2022, Alex was managing director of another global real estate consultant and brokerage in Vietnam and during this time achieved record revenues and profit while funding organic growth ensuring the firm became a top-3 player in each service it offered. Ruby has 13 years of experience in Online Classifieds, E-commerce and Digital Technology. She is Chief Growth Officer at Cho Tot - in charge of Corporate Strategy, Users & Revenue Growth, Marketing, Content Operation and Business Management (Goods category & Job category), while playing an active management role in transforming Chotot's culture and growing middle managers to the next leaders generation. Ruby has been with Cho Tot for 9 years and contributes greatly to pivot the company from a horizontal classifieds site to leading verticals in Vietnam (Second-hand goods, Autos, Property and Jobs) with 10+ millions MAUs. She is passionate about Adaptive Leadership, Sustainable Success and Lifelong Learning. Prior to Chotot, Ruby studied and worked in Singapore for 7 years.

Vo Ngoc Tuyen (Kelly) is the Founder & CEO of Dear Our Community, an impact-driven company providing content and skills training for social impact careers targets the youth in Vietnam. Tuyen has more than 12 years of experience working in both business and the nonprofit sector. At her previous job, she consulted companies and individuals on philanthropy, CSR, and social impact engagement in Vietnam. Tuyen was in charge of organizing cross-sector events for senior business and nonprofit leaders which helped to connect more than 300 nonprofits with corporate partners and philanthropists for cross-sector partnerships. She also worked with media, experts, corporate and nonprofit partners to develop multi-channel content that raises awareness of the public and business communities about philanthropy, CSR, and Sustainability topics. In addition, she often speaks at universities to inspire the students on giving back and social impact activities. Tuyen is also an alumnus of the YSEALI Professional Fellows Program cohort 2020.
